Veterinary Practice Manager
Angela comes to us from Austin, Texas via Mississippi, Louisiana, and Middle Tennessee! She relocated to Colorado in 2018 to make her life all about dogs. Angela has a graduate degree in Music Education and was a Director of Bands for several years before exploring new experiences in the animal industry.
She loves pet nutrition and holistic approaches to health and wellness. After working as an Education and Training Specialist for Hero’s Pets, a raw food specialty boutique for cats and dogs, she has seen firsthand how diet can not only improve but extend the life of dogs and cats. This is how Angela was introduced to ParsleyPet! Angela decided to take a permanent commitment to pet health by acquiring ownership of ParsleyPet with friend and mentor, Chelsea Kent.
Angela is an advocate for homeless pets having been involved in animal rescue in Texas for many years. Senior rescues are her favorite! Angela is currently a practice manager at a veterinary clinic in Littleton, Colorado. She has two dogs, Harley and Babe! She also has two cats, George Maverick and Alfred Jackson (AJ).
She has worked closely with Rodney Habib’s philanthropic non-profit, Paws for Change, and in collaboration with HRI Labs. She also works with Drs Barbara Royal and Natasha Lilly with the Royal Animal Health University and the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies. She has worked to implement laboratory analysis to determine nutritional adequacy and toxin load of popular commercially available pet foods; and to gain cohesive, structured, factual information about regulation, industry insights, company stories and more throughout the industry.
She is also the founder of FoodRegulation Facts Alliance, a stakeholder organization that represents retailers in government and regulatory settings. Specializing in Pathogen and Industry Regulation, she works in tandem with NGPFMA (Next Generation Pet Food Manufacturers Association) and TruthAboutPetFood to change regulation, where needed, through government channels and educate retailers about regulation.

Knowing is better.
This is a simple and non-invasive way to discover if your pet is deficient in essential nutrients or has an overabundance of heavy metals in their body. A hair mineral analysis test reveals your dog’s minerals deficiencies and heavy metal toxicity. You will receive a full analysis from a veterinarian explaining the test results and action steps.
